Personal Experience

Angela Franks joined the B2B media universe back in 1999 as an intern at Cygnus Business Media. Over the next few years she worked in Paid Circulation, eventually earning the Audience Development Manager title as the role evolved. During her tenure with Cygnus Angela managed the audience needs for dozens of brands and helped lead the ‘digital’ audience transition, including being part of the original transition from the in-house audience database (HP and Quickfill) over to Omeda. Angela joined IRONMARKETS (formerly known as AC Business Media) in 2015 during the brand acquisition from Cygnus and continues to lead our audience team in print, digital, tradeshow and requalification efforts. Angela now works closely with executive management to help define strategic direction for audience into 2025 and beyond.
