Bethany joined IRONMARKETS, formerly known as AC Business Media, in the newly created role of General Manager, Online & Marketing Services to provide IRONMARKETS’ partners with custom marketing strategies that educate and excite, and was quickly promoted to Director of Online & Marketing Services due to its quick success. A National Press Club fellow and Folio Top Women in Media honoree, Bethany uses multimedia storytelling to connect businesses and customers and trains other marketers to do the same through professional organizations like the Content Marketing Institute.
She understands the challenges facing corporate marketers today having most recently held a national marketing leadership role for one of the world’s top public accounting firms. Prior to that, she spent a decade leading audience engagement and digital media teams in the construction, technology and green industries at B2B publishers. Bethany holds degrees in business and journalism from Duquesne University and Northwestern University.
The Online & Marketing Services team’s goal is to make cool, exciting marketing pieces by working with clients to help them visualize how content marketing can elevate their marketing message and achieve their sales goals, then work as an extension of their team to make that happen.
Bethany is an avid reader, reading almost all genres and typically read 1-2 books per week. She also enjoys gardening (rescuing Charlie Brown plants is her favorite) and hiking, especially at the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which is right in her backyard.
