The recognition program, Best Contractors to Work for in Construction sponsored by ForConstructionPros.com and its affiliated construction brands, is accepting submissions for its 2023 program, which aims to recognize the companies that have successfully implemented standards that provide a positive workplace environment.
ForConstructionPros.com, the largest construction network in North America, has opened submissions for the 2023 Best Contractors to Work for in Construction award, a research-driven program from the Best Companies Group that examines a company’s best practices, programs, and benefits, while surveying employees for their perspective.
The recognition program, sponsored by the staff of AC Business Media (ACBM), ForConstructionPros.com and its affiliated construction brands (Equipment Today, Asphalt Contractor, Concrete Contractor, and Pavement Maintenance & Reconstruction), aims to honor the top construction companies that provide a positive workplace environment, competitive compensation, training, and opportunities for advancement.
To be considered, employers need to register, and employees need to complete an in-depth survey, providing feedback about their employer. Eligible construction companies must have 15 full- or part-time employees working in the U.S., and the company’s primary business activity has to be either general building construction, earthmoving, paving, concrete or specialty and trades, such as underground, utility, electrical, HVAC, demolition and others.

Entry forms and surveys will be handled by the Best Companies Group, which analyzes the data and creates an insights report based on the results.
Employers must register their company by July 7, 2023 for a chance to be acknowledged as one of the 2023 Best Contractors to Work for in Construction award winners through a free online application process. Selected companies will gain industry recognition and will have a unique advantage in attracting candidates.
