Purpose:

Drive revenue by selling BlackBox Lead Gen (BBLG) services. Prospect for new business across all B2B verticals, leveraging BBLG’s unique lead generation solutions.

Job Results / Outcomes:

  • Develop and maintain key industry relationships with decision-makers seeking lead-generation solutions through consultative sales.
  • Increase revenue and market share by promoting BBLG’s services.
  • Exceed sales targets and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of each client’s business, including:
  • Lead generation needs.
  • Target markets and demographics.
  • Marketing strategies.

Staff Accountant

We’re seeking a staff accountant who will make a positive impact on our team and our overall profitability.

Job responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring accounting transactions are accurately recorded.
    1. Month-end close checklist is completed by assigned due dates, which includes the creation of month end journal entries.
    2. Record daily bank transactions.
    3. Accounts payable transactions are accurately recorded.
    4. Responsible for the offsite collections team and assist with accounts receivable collections on an as needed basis.
    5. Respond to client, vendor and internal requests for information.
    6. Responsible for bank deposits and ensure they are accurately recorded in NetSuite.
    7. Review and process bi-weekly employee expense reports in Concur.
  2. Payroll processes are performed to ensure accurate paychecks and compliance.
    1. Payroll changes are properly implemented and payroll is processed via a third-party software, bi-weekly.
    2. Routine HR tasks including onboarding and off-boarding tasks and UI administration are fulfilled

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Associate’s degree in a business discipline (2-year degree) is required; a bachelor’s in accountancy is highly preferred
  • 1 year of general accounting experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and service providers
  • Excellent critical thinking/analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to adjust communication style appropriately to meet the needs of the audience
