Job results, outcomes and responsibilities include:
- Revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP.
- Insertion orders are allocated across products with appropriate billing schedules and entered into the system.
- Invoicing customers in accordance with customer and standardized terms.
- Appropriate adjustments are made at month end with information provided by the partner success team.
- Revenue entry is prepared and entered as part of month end close.
- Assigned account reconciliations are completed monthly.
- Complete deferred revenue reconciliation after all revenue adjustments are made.
- Reconcile lead gen invoices with leads delivered by insertion order.
- Complete other account reconciliations as assigned
- Accounting support.
- Month-end close checklist is completed by assigned due dates.
- New products are reviewed and set up appropriately.
- Responding to customer inquiries on invoices.
- Coding credit card transactions.
- Ability to prepare ad hoc financial and sales reporting in Excel (e.g. familiarity with Excel VLookups, XLookup, If functions and Pivot tables)
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred)
- 1 year of relevant business experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of revenue recognition principles
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and service providers
- Excellent critical thinking/analytical skills and ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to adjust communication style appropriately to meet the needs of the audience

- Demonstrated computer and software skills required; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, B2E Solutions (or other similar payroll software), and NetSuite ERP (or other similar accounting software)
